KW Urgent Care Clinic

Had the worst experience ive had at this location. When I arrived there was only 8 people there. When I finally made it to a room, I waited another 40 mins. Every time I saw the doctor, he was standing at the nurses station. They could be pushing through people so much faster and efficient. I truly believe I was misdiagnosed as its been two days and im not feeling much better. I could feel right away that the doctor wasn't doing a proper examination. After that the pharmacy was super complacent too! What is with this place?

I always have a great experience at this clinic. Keep in mind that there is usually only one doctor present and many people to see as it gets very busy! The receptionist/nurse is a very pleasant Jamaican lady who is very understanding, me, my husband and my children love going there as she makes us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. Somtiems I think she deserves much credit for the hospitality she brings into her work space. I like doctor bemo he’s very friendly and understanding. These two people are great at what they do and I have never had a bad experience yet. Thank you for being our number 1 health team, your doing a great job!

"Thank you" for Dr. Chand Pankaj for wasting everyone's time this morning of 24th February 2026. Your "small talk" about golf, kids, plans etc with old fag in the hall lasting approx. 45 minutes added unforgettable experience to every patient that was waiting for you this AM. None of us needed to go to work and we were grateful to wait and listen even more.

This clinic is a disaster. I waited over 3 hours just to get called in, and then sat in the doctor’s room for 1 hour and 40 minutes before anyone showed up. Finally, I came back without meeting the doctor, it’s a complete time waste. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t care at all — no updates, no apologies, nothing. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the patients. Total waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. Never coming back.

Worst experience ever. Went there , opening time was 8 was there before the time at 7:30. I am a student who has to take off from the job which is hard and they say after that the doctor is not coming today!! I mean what kind of professionalism is that!! No respect for time, money. Worst!!!!!
