The waiting room has plenty of space with enough seating and wifi so it's a nice experience. They have a tablet to quickly and easily add yourself to the waitlist even if receptionists are busy or there's a long line. And there's a TV that shows who is being called to what room and who is on the waitlist and who is ahead of them. It's all very clear and the digitization of things you need is very well done so it makes the wait experience pleasant. However, they call you up and then you go sit in a room waiting for the doctor for like over 30 minutes so it's like why did they even call you if you weren't going to be seen. And it takes like 2 hours to be called up to wait 30 more minutes which is insane. You waste the whole day for 5 minutes with the doctor. If you have to wait more why call you up, let people wait in the waiting room instead of in an uncomfortable chair in a small patient room and string you along so you think you're going to be seen any minute. There is also a small medication section that's convenient. It's not like a pharmacy but there are a few shelves of medications if you need something basic quickly. There isn't anything close by to do X-rays or ultrasounds however.

I had my first visit at Medicare Walk-In Clinic, Kitchener, and I’m really impressed! The clinic has good parking space, the receptionist was friendly, and Dr. Faizah Ilyas was very kind and professional. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great experience — I highly recommend this clinic!

I dont understand some of these bad reviews as my experience is very good here always. My dr is dr clement. The receptionists are very nice, never any issues. They have good attitudes in my experience and do their jobs well. The pharmacy department is great too, and they did delivery for my medication so i didnt have to return another day which is so convenient. They are friendly and quick. The wait times for my appointments are on time or average 5-10 minutes late IF at all which is refreshing, most doctors offices arent this punctual. Dr clement is good too, he is my family dr and also my sons. He has helped me get medicated for my complex mental health disorders which i appreciate so much and is very friendly, competent and attentive. He is easy to book with and available on Saturdays which is super convenient.

Very rude staff. There were a couple of them who were very unfriendly but I don't want to call them out, because I not inconsiderate like they are. But I still want to leave a review because there were multiple unpleasant experiences we went through during our walk in. 1. To start with, before we went into the walk in we called them and asked how long the waiting period is and they said just 10 minutes. We reached there with in 10 minutes and had to wait for more than 90 mins to see the doctor. Why lie if you know it's gonna be a long wait? We were feeling very sick and we could have come prepared for the long wait. 2. Like I said above, very rude staff. We were very evidently sick and they still treated us like we were there to rob them. I have been to other clinics were the staffs are so friendly and considerate. I am not asking you to give us special consideration but at least do your job right, I am pretty sure good hospitality is part of your job description. If you don't like your profession or employer, find something else. Don't pass it on to the patients. 3. After the patient before me left the doctor's room, I could see the doctor on his phone through the half open door. He had his phone kept against his computer screen. At first I thought he was looking something related to his job. But when I went in for consultation, I could see him getting messages and he even shooting a glance at them while we were explaining our sickness. Do you think it's professional? The patients who are coming in for treatment are not any less than any of the staffs there. Their time is also very valuable. Not going back to this place ever.

Dr. Kenneth was amazing. At first. I watched him treat so many other patients (mostly of color) with a lot of kindness, professionalism and empathy, and for my first couple of appointments I felt like I was coming to a great place with a great doctor. Then issues with reception started - they proved to be incompetent, unclear, dishonest and unknowledgeable of office practices and proceedures. Many times I called for information or clarity and was told to wait for call back, but it was never received. Dr. Kenneth had me under the impression I had been put on his patient roster for over 6 months until I found out his office lost my paperwork and I was never rostered as a patient at all. I was told he was referring me for an Autism assessment and again was under this impression for over 6 months before finding out that there was no record of the referral being sent, and was then lied to about it in an appointment that included the manager of the practice. I was then treated with discrimination from the doctor during the same appointment, and rushed out of the office after not being given a chance to fairly discuss my issues or the reasons I had originally made my appointment for. Not to mention, the office won't answer almost inquiries about my medications or health or past appointments when I call the office. I am forced to make an appointment each time and told that I only have 15 minutes to discuss one issue per visit. I normally wait over an hour for my appointments to be rushed out of my turn after about 5 minutes. This often leads to me forgetting about a lot of the important issues I came to see him for in the first place. I am constantly withdrawing from my prescribed medications because of this. This doctor's office has severely violated my human rights and freedoms. Would absolutely NOT recommend.
