A special mention to Dr. John Khella — he is incredibly thorough in his investigation and treatment. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. His attention to detail and genuine care truly stand out. Dr. John Khella is a highly professional, soft-spoken, and friendly physician. He was exceptionally kind and patient while all of my kids were sick, making us feel supported and reassured. I am giving this one star to the staffs in reception. I went there with a severe neck pain and i explained my situation to the reception girl but she refused me because their registration closed for the day. I reached there at 4.15 and clinic closing time is 5. Even after i explained my situation she didn’t allow me to see doctor. I have really good experience with Dr. John Khella there. But in this situation i am disappointed because the reception people.
