I visited the clinic a week ago and had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Mai for facilitating the appointment and coordinating the visit as well as the medical prescription. I would also like to thank Dr. Marath for taking the time to assess my case and prescribing an effective medication that worked well for me. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. 👏🏻👏🏻

iCare Medical Walk-In Clinic is truly a blessing. The doctors are not just professionals — they genuinely listen, care, and treat you with so much patience and empathy that you immediately feel at ease. The front desk officer is an absolute angel — so kind, understanding, and amazing at handling patients with warmth and respect. The pharmacist in the clinic is wonderful as well — always helpful, patient, and ready to explain medications clearly and kindly. You never feel rushed here; every staff member takes time to make sure you are truly cared for. My family loves this clinic from the bottom of our hearts. Every visit makes us feel safe, valued, and well looked after. This place is more than just a clinic — it feels like care with love. We are so thankful for this entire team and highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

This 1 start review is just for the visit done on Oct 10, the receptionist doesn't even know how to check blood pressure and when we asked for the receipt for the amount we paid for the visit we were denied after several requests and waiting for 30 min. We'd visited twice before but never faced such issues. By saying that she is new to the clinic and she doesn't solve the problem.

I had a good experience at I care clinic .The staff was friendly and attentive ,and the doctor took time to listen to my concerns. The waiting time was reasonable, and the clinic was clean and well -organized. Overall ,I felt well cared for and would recommend it for general medical needs.

They say they’re walk-in clinic, but you can’t walk in there and see anybody then the receptionist said that the doctor might not be able to work certain days because of certain certifications well if he doesn’t have certifications, you shouldn’t be a doctor. And she said it was full up, but I go on their website and I could’ve booked a visit within 15 minutes or leave in the place
