I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. G. Coome and the entire team at St. Joseph Urgent Care, London . From the moment I walked in with my mom, she was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. Dr. Coome is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and thorough, making sure all my concerns were addressed and clearly explained. The staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment. Their teamwork, efficiency, and sincere care truly make a difference. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care my mom received and highly recommend Dr. Coome and the amazing staff at St. Joseph Urgent Care.

Though it took me over hour to get to the registration window (very busy Saturday morning), once my reason for attending was discovered, I was in to see a Dr. within 15 minutes. Full workup provided on the spot, including a CT scan. Sent up to Ivey Institute, and they were able to consult with Rheumatology at the hospital on the spot, to confirm diagnosis and issue a prescription that had me on the way to better health almost instantly! Follow-up appointment and referral were set into motion. I felt heard, cared for, and I couldn't be more thankful for their attentiveness and quick diagnosis. Also, another unrelated issue was uncovered through a blood test, and I have followed up with my family physician and am getting that looked after as well!

Despite a wait, watching the staff/nurses/attendants, I was amazed at their patience, kindness, attention and working together as a well oiled machine/team. They were professional, polite and kept the crowds moving. When all you hear is negativity about our Canadian Health Care system, on this Thanksgiving Day, I give them all a 5 star rating and thank them for their service.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was kind and professional. Went mid morning on a Wednesday as I heard that is when you can expect the shortest waits. Was in and out in just over 2 hours. Had a wedge of nail removed from my big toe which Dr. Slomer performed well considering you could prop up a house on one of those bad boys. Couldn't be happier other than if I didn't have an ingrown toenail in the first place!

My mom had only rave reviews for Dr. Cunningham. She listened to her concerns, ordered the appropriate tests and made an accurate diagnosis. Thanks for taking such great care of my mom! Appreciate you!
