The staff is kind and friendly. The hospital has an excellent breat care center. They are very busy, but they take excellent care of you once you are seen.

Everyone here is so phenomenal. Especially the Breast Care clinic. Every person we interacted with was beyond kind, emphatic, knowledgeable. Dr Brackstone is simply 1 of 1! I’m almost in tears writing this, the staff and Doctors are soooo amazing. May the universe/God bless them with all of their dreams come true always. Ameen.

My wife has been treated at this clinic for chronic lower back pain with confirmed facet arthropathy and a history of herniated discs. She has been experiencing persistent, movement-triggered pain that radiates into the back of her leg. The clinic performed facet joint injections, which unfortunately did not provide relief. After that, we were told there was nothing further they could offer. No additional diagnostic steps, imaging updates, or alternative treatment options were discussed. Given the ongoing radicular symptoms and lack of improvement, we were disappointed that further evaluation (such as updated imaging or nerve-focused interventions) was not explored or even discussed. Chronic pain is physically and emotionally exhausting. When a treatment fails, patients deserve a broader conversation about next steps — not simply the end of care. We hope this feedback encourages a more comprehensive follow-up approach for future patients whose initial interventions are unsuccessful. You need to do better. This is people's lives that you are dealing with.

This was my first time at the London Hospital. I have had 6 body replacements, so I have been to a few hospitals. I saw Dr M Iqbal for the hole in my Retina. First, Dr Iqbal and his staff were fantastic. This was emergency surgery, I had an appointment with him and surgery the next day. On the surgery day all the nurses and staff were great. I don’t have a bad word to say about the hospital or any of the staff. 5 ⭐️ to everyone.

We had a very good experience at the st. Joseph's hospital. We were there for an appointment with my 10 month old, in the eye institution. Very friendly staff, the doctor tried his best to interact with my daughter to keep her from crying due to stranger anxiety. Thanks to the team of doctors and nurses, for your efforts to make our experience a great one!
