Clyde Medical Centre. Walk in - Wednesday Thursday

My new doctor is amazing. Dr. Mike. They need to work a little more at the front. They do not look or return faxes. I’ve had shoppers send them numerous faxes. I have also called immediately after the fax has been sent to let them know. Still no response, still waiting to get my prescription.

I found a doctor. I had the same family doctor, receptionist and nurse since the early 1990’s. Now this wonderful doctor has passed on. Today at Clyde Medical Centre I met a new team and I’ m sorry it was very difficult to hear any names or conversations as there office is under construction. It was very noisy and really no use in asking staff to repeat again and again as it was just frustrating for them. This is not the staffs fault and I’m sure once redo is completed right (beside receptionist desk) it will be lovely. My first met and great with new Doctor went very well and comfortable. My doctor was kind and very present and knowledgeable. I am so very happy to have a new doctor and to see how the front line staff worked together in this unusual environment while I was waiting for my appointment. Great job new team. Well done.

If I could give Asha more than five stars, I genuinely would. I’ve been calling around and looking at clinics, trying to find somewhere that actually feels welcoming and organized — and honestly, Asha is the reason I chose this clinic. From the first interaction, she stood out in a way that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it: she radiates calm, positive energy, and you can feel right away that she actually cares. Asha is the kind of receptionist/administrative staff member who makes the whole clinic run better just by being there. She was kind, patient, professional, and personable all at once — not rushed, not robotic, not dismissive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood the process without ever making me feel like I was “too much” for asking. As a patient, you don’t always realize how much the front desk shapes your experience until you meet someone like Asha. She made me feel welcomed, respected, and taken seriously, and that’s not something you come across every day. Her warmth and competence are a rare combination, and it genuinely changed how I felt about coming in. Asha is a standout — one of one. She sets the tone for the entire clinic with her care, kindness, and professionalism. If this clinic values patient experience, they should know they have someone truly special at the front. Thank you, Asha — you made a stressful process feel easy and human. Clyde Medical give this woman a raise!

Dr. Samuel Abayomi has been our family doctor, and our experience has consistently been excellent. He is professional, patient, and thorough, and he explains things clearly. He is also genuinely funny, which helps put everyone at ease—especially my kids, who love him. What I appreciate most is that he calls after appointments to check on us, which shows real care and follow-through. The check-in and overall process is calm and well organized. Asha at the front desk is very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

I’ve had bad experiences with the doctor and the front desk before. However, today I called and the receptionist, Asha, treated me so well. She was sweet, listened actively, kind, professional, and efficient. She did everything she could to make things work. Wow! My wife and I are so happy. Please keep it up — I know you guys can do GREAT. Asha a Gold star for you my dear ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another update , this Center keeps improving we are SO HAPPY with Doctor Mike 😃❤️ nice feeling when you find the one , the doctor of your baby that cares and treat you with professionalism.
