The best clinic in Ottawa. Very responsive and efficient. Staff are very nice and sweet. The fact that they accept time bookings makes the experience much easier and comfortable for the patient. This Clinic should be an example for how health care should be provided. Thanks to all the staff

Doctor was very helpful. Accepts out of province and pay out of pocket patients. They gave me my notes for this visit needed by my insurance. Smooth visit, no rush and Doctor gave me a chance to ask her questions. Thank you so much. Thank you for your knidness when I am sick and seeking help

I had an appointment January 13th at 1:50pm. I made the appointment on line, and asked for a female doctor. I loved that doctor made a follow up with her to see if she is taking new patients. The one thing, I did not like was they were trying to make me take off my boots. I told them I can't I am in bare feet. Also I have pneumonia, and don't need to make it worse. Someone bought me slippers, and I took the boots in the room I was sitting in waiting for the doctor. But, since I was in bare feet they should have left me alone.

I have been to this clinic twice. It has easy access on the main floor in a new building. The staff and Dr's are very pleasant and are good at seeing you at your appointment time. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Shahroki is an exceptional physician who combines outstanding medical expertise with genuine compassion. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make you feel truly heard and cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to her patients are remarkable.
