4 months agoOur experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. After waiting more than three months for this appointment, we were refused medical care solely due to an issue with the clinic’s own payment terminal, which for unknown reasons declined our card. The same card was successfully used before and after the visit in multiple other locations, which clearly indicates that the problem was on the clinic’s side, not ours. Despite this, the clinic flatly refused to proceed with the appointment. We explicitly offered a bank transfer or alternative payment immediately after the consultation, precisely to avoid delaying other patients scheduled after us. This reasonable and common-sense solution was rejected without any attempt at flexibility. What was most disturbing, however, was the arrogant, cynical, and openly dismissive attitude of the physician, Dr. Pham. The interaction lacked basic professionalism, empathy, and respect. The manner in which we were treated felt dehumanizing and discriminatory, particularly given that we were seeking medical care after a long waiting period. Medical services should not be withheld because of technical failures of a payment system, especially when patients demonstrate clear willingness and ability to pay. This clinic chose rigid bureaucracy over basic humanity and patient care. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. If you value professionalism, respect, and patient-centred care, it is best to stay away and seek services elsewhere.

4 months agoDr. Krishnamoorthy is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Didn't argue when I asked for an ultrasound because of previous issues with my health. My partner has had alot of prior abdominal issues (sepsis and abdominal exploratory surgery) and also knew what she needed, and Dr. Krishnamoorthy listened to her and agreed with what she knew she needed regarding further diagnostics. The clinic itself is very busy and can be a long wait. But that's not the fault of staff. They have alot to manage and they try their best.

2 months agoLine up was insane, self check in kiosk non-functional. The line didn’t move for more than 30 mins and a doctor left before one of their appointments was able to check in. There were scents on a lot of people so if you’re there for an allergist and are sensitive wear a mask! My doctor is amazing though.

2 months agoI booked an appointment for my son’s vaccination and received a confirmation email, but when we arrived, we were told that no nurse was available. This was extremely frustrating. At a previous visit, a doctor told us my son could receive the vaccine on any day in February. However, at this visit, another doctor said the vaccine could not be given before February 7th (his first birthday). On top of that, we were again told there was no nurse available. The information we receive is inconsistent and unclear. This is not the first time this has happened. On an earlier visit, even though no nurse was present, the doctor still administered the vaccine. This makes me question how scheduling and staffing are managed. Both my husband and I had to take time off work for this appointment, only to be turned away and asked to rebook. That is very inconvenient. When rebooking, we were asked if we preferred a morning appointment, but normally the nurse always unavailable for morning time, which is confusing. Restore Medical used to provide good service, but recently the experience has been disappointing. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling, communication, and overall organization.

7 months agoI had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had a morning appointment for my two kids, but when we arrived, we were not informed that the doctor was absent. The receptionist failed to communicate this important information, and we ended up waiting for two hours with no update. Only after I followed up again—this time with a different staff member—did they finally arrange for us to see another available doctor. The entire situation could have been handled much better with a simple notice or timely communication. Waiting that long with children, especially due to staff negligence, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, one of the staff members at the reception is very slow, struggles to understand what patients say, and makes frequent typing mistakes in appointments. Because of his mistake, my blood report was not ready even after one month. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend that the clinic take corrective action, including considering replacing such staff. That being said, I must add that the doctors here are very good and professional. It’s unfortunate that the quality of the clinic’s front-desk service does not reflect the standard of care provided by the doctors. I hope the clinic improves its communication and efficiency so that patients can have a better overall experience.
