Right from the start, I had a great experience at this clinic. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming — especially Satya, who was so kind and helpful throughout my visit. The doctor was patient, respectful, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The pharmacy team was also amazing — they explained my medication properly, asked about allergies or other health issues, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Everyone I met, from the front desk to the doctor and pharmacy, worked together so well. You can tell they all care about their patients. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and thankful for such a great team.

Dr. Oliver is thorough and takes time to explain everything clearly without rushing. Dr. Fumakia is equally attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable and heard. It’s rare to find a clinic that feels this professional yet personal. Highly recommend.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Cloud Care Clinic with every staff member I’ve met. Dr. Hum is truly an incredible doctor and an even better person. He genuinely cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen, which means a lot. You never feel rushed or brushed off, and that’s something that’s hard to find these days. I’m very grateful to have him as my doctor and would highly recommend Cloud Care Clinic, especially Dr. Hum if you can see him. The reception team is always kind, welcoming, and on top of everything, and the pharmacy staff are just as great. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and even deliver medications, which makes things so much easier. Overall, it’s been a 5/5 experience for me. I loved my experience here. I'm used to the walk in clinic in Waterloo with 2 hrs of wait, 2 minute appointments, and filling the intake form on paper everytime you go no matter how many times you've gone before. But here, they had a simple in take process. Less wait. The doctor actually charted and gave good insight. Didn't rush at all. And to much surprise actually called me a few days later to ask if I was feeling better or if there were any complications. I'm not used to this good of an experience. Kudos!

Would like to highlight Satya at reception. She was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. It was a busy morning, but she managed everything efficiently, answering calls, assisting walk-in patients, and checking people in for their appointments while remaining calm, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Fumakia was also very professional and kind. Overall, the experience at CloudCare Clinic was excellent and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
