I’ve had really positive experiences here so far. Reception staff are polite and courteous. Dr. Pepple is engaged, actually listens, and is responsive. He predicted a condition early on that had been weighing me down without answers or treatment for years from various other providers, and he turned out to be right on target. I’ve since begun treatment and feel better knowing I am working my way toward better health. All of my interactions with him have been supportive, and I feel fortunate to be in his care. Thank you Dr Pepple and everyone at Parliament Medical Clinic 🌟

I appreciate the kindness of the reception team. However, my experience with the doctor was not positive. I felt dismissed and interrupted while trying to speak. Patients should feel respected and listened to during medical visits.and i feel bad today because of that he is at room 1 doctor!

Worst experience ever today! I did my blood work here 2 months ago but then i had a baby girl and got busy in life so never was able to get to my results. My requisition form came from other walk in clinic and did my blood work at this clinic. Apparently, I should have gone to the clinic who issued my requisition for the copy of results , which I did not know about. I didn’t know that I should have gone there and thought I remember where I went for my blood work and can have the results from there. I entered & ask the receptionist (I don’t know her name but she’s appeared to be a middle aged women - dark skinned person) if I can check if my results ever came in and she said I don’t see your report and I gave her my details and she enquired the lab and the lab said that they will send it to the office in 15 mins. So I was like okay perfect I will wait for the results. At this time she never asked me where did I get my requisition from just told me that she don’t see my report in the system. I also waited for not 15 but almost 1 hour paid parking and sat there while asking every 15 mins did she get my reports. The lab took longer to send and when she finally recieved - she said this is so weird why do I not have the doctor name here - I said oh that’s because maybe I got this requisition somewhere else & then she got mad after listening to this and said why didn’t you told me this earlier - she became so rude suddenly that she started showing me fingers to leave. First she said right now I’m busy I will send the report end of the day. I said I waited so long and you were about to send me and just because of the is misunderstanding and you had to give a call which I understand is annoying to give someone calls and wait you’re not sending me the results now. She said you have attitude problems and I was like I sat quietly and waited 1 hour instead of 15 mins and I am asking for my results. I swear on GOD never gave that lady any attitude and then I was like why are you not sending me and she said I will send when I have time please leave. It was so disrespectful that I don’t know what to do and I stood there asking for my results and later for the reason of her not sending & then she became more furious and said go and ask your doctor I will not send the results. I swear I was on a call with my wife and I didn’t know what to do. Worst experience ever received in my life. She could have just educated me and I would have apologized because I myself got the trouble of waiting with her paying for parking - spending time - I didn’t intend to make her do the work to get the results. She could have educated me but she showed to disrespect me so bad and took her frustration of her whole day out on me. When I came for my blood work that receptionist was beyond nice. She was great and helpful but today this receptionist was 360• opposite. I am never coming back here.

I respect everyone who works here and appreciate the hard work, but today I went there and started waiting outside the door until the clinic opened and I was second in line, registered myself and everyone who came after me were called in and even went their way and I still waited thinking maybe I am low priority because I wanted to do A TB test, after almost an hour I asked and was told, “let me see if the doctor can do the Test today or not and I’ll get back to you in 5 mins” at that point it was ridiculous but still I wasn’t complaining I said please let me know soon as I waited before the clinic opened, and everyone who were walking in after an hour they got seated, they got called and i was never called. I asked again to just let me know if they’ll do it or not, they said they’ll check if they have it and get back to me again. After almost 2 hours I was called and when I finally thought I can get my test done, they said “so sorry, we do not have it today”.I just walked out. I do not think any person would have a better reaction to it after waiting a whole 2 hours. I honestly never have written a google review for anything and never thought that i’d be writing one for a medical clinic but, I would really like you to know that please if there’s another person who sits down without complaining please just let them know quickly and not waste anyone’s time. If you had just let me know before having me wait a whole 2 hrs to hear you can’t do it, i would have had done it at another clinic and carried on with my day. I left feeling disrespected and disregarded.

Everyone is respectful, attentive and caring. Dr. Pepple actually listens, he takes time to answer our questions patiently and makes me feel safe. Shout out to the receptionists, who are kind and polite. It's really a breath of fresh air!
