4 months agoI have been receiving care at Sanomed for the past nine months, and my experience has been consistently excellent. From the very beginning, the reception team has been welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful, especially for newcomers to the clinic. They are always professional and ready to assist, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable. My doctor, Dr. Mark Broussenko, is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and ensures I feel confident and supported throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism at Sanomed and would highly recommend both the clinic and Dr. Broussenko to anyone seeking quality medical care.

3 months agoAmazing medical and pharmacy staff! We’ve been there like multiple times since almost 2 years now! Dr Mark is very kind and have great attention to details, he’s clinical judgement is very accurate with satisfactory explanations! They Helped us during my wife’s pregnancy too, gave amazing referrals when required and always followed up after that. Pharmacy staff is also really good and help you for all of your needs! Thank you team sanomed for everything. I would definitely suggest them.

2 months agoI’m sharing this review because patient experience in healthcare spaces truly matters. The doctor at this clinic was excellent—professional, compassionate, and attentive. I’m genuinely grateful for the quality of medical care I received, and that deserves to be clearly acknowledged. Unfortunately, my interaction at reception was deeply upsetting. After my appointment, I waited for about an hour with my baby in a stroller so I could ask the doctor one brief follow-up question. During that time, my baby—like any infant—began to cry. A receptionist then scolded at me in a dismissive and rude manner, telling me: " you need take care of your baby!" - as I am trying to comfort my baby. This comment lacked compassion and care. What made this especially uncomfortable was that, shortly before this, I overheard the two reception staff members discussing babies. One mentioned having “baby fever,” while the same receptionist who later addressed me stated that she feels quite annoyed by babies and has had enough of them in her life. Hearing that context made the remark directed at me feel particularly personal and unwelcoming toward both me as a mother and my child. Regardless of intent, there should be tolerance and inclusion for mothers with infants in any medical setting. Babies cry—it is normal, natural behavior—and there is no place in healthcare for reactions that make a mother feel scolded or unwelcome for simply caring for her child while seeking medical help. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that front-desk interactions can better reflect the compassion already demonstrated by the clinical team, so that every parent and baby feels respected and safe when coming for care.

4 months agoI’m so happy I walked into this clinic three months ago. Dr. Vajar was assigned to me, and she was incredibly sweet — I had the best experience. I also want to thank Sabine, one of their staff, for following up on my OB-GYN referral. I was refused multiple times by my preferred hospital, Mount Sinai, but Sabine never gave up and kept resending my referrals until I was finally accepted by one of the doctors. She was so patient and kind, and I truly appreciate her help. Overall, my experience was the best!!! ❤️❤️
