Centre Médical Santé Mont Royal

One of the worst clinics in montreal. I have seen the nurse since 2 hours and waiting to see the doctor. The doctor seems to be on a break as he/she is not seeing any patients since 2 hours. What is the purpose of booking the appointment in advance at 11am when you have to wait that long. The receptionists are super nice and polite but I want to give a salute and standing ovation to the doctor who is on some kind of break and chilling out while patients are waiting for him. Bravo!

I was followed here during my pregnancy almost 4 years ago with Dr. Marcoux (she is the best, it was a great fit for me!) - I ended up having complications during my pregnancy and I am now a high risk patient if I were to get pregnant again. I called to try and book an appointment with her for a regular gyno appointment as I have some concerns I wanted to address. She told me last time I saw her, I can book to see her if anything comes up down the line. I was told I now how to have a referral to see her again. Then, when I finally got the referral from my family doctor, I called and they said I can send the referral by email. A few minutes later, I get an email to say do it online. The receptionist have always made me so anxious here. You never know when they are in the mood or not. I am such a friendly person and I understand their jobs might not be easy but the way they answer the phone or even provide information, it always feels like we are bothering them. If it weren't for Dr. Marcoux, I would avoid this clinic at all cost. I remember being pregnant and always feeling anxious cause of the service you can expect to get.

Made an appointment here with 811, came in yesterday and was seen in less than 10 minutes! Clean facility, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The receptionist helped me with everything I’d need, and when speaking with the Dr he was very thorough and professional. Great experience overall, I’ve been to many clinics and this was my best experience yet.

The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful, providing clear directions and answering calls with a calm tone. The nurse was also very polite and patient. HOWEVER, I found the DR that had me was kinda having this “rushed feeling , I saw it as limit rude attitude” her name is Dr. Thu Hang-Tran to be frank after checking her reviews on RateMDs, it seems others have had similar experiences with her

I received a call to schedule an ENT appointment at this clinic. On the day of the appointment, I arrived in advance and waited for more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time. When I returned to the front desk to ask about the situation, I was told that the doctor I was waiting for had already left the clinic. After that, they tried to contact their manager, who initially tried to blame me, claiming that I had not checked in and had arrived late. They then checked their system again and confirmed that this was not true. By the end of the conversation, I was told that there was no other option but to put me back on the waitlist until the next available appointment. This is irresponsible.
