Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for three hours and there is literally nobody in this waiting room. I guess the doctor is eating dinner or something, which I would love to be doing as it is 19:00 and I have been here since 16:00. Update: The doctor saw me at 22:30. How is a six hour wait acceptable? The reason he was so slow is that he should have retired at least a decade ago. I’d feel bad for this dude, but he also was completely rude and said that he is only qualified to treat colds and flus. What?

I have a chronic pain illness. I walked 30 minutes in the pouring rain to arrive early for my 2:20 p.m. appointment. I arrive with soaking wet feet to have them tell me that they canceled my appointment, and that they have no doctors this week. It would have been nice to have been notified that my appointment was canceled. The receptionist then insisted that I show her a record of my text messages and calls to prove that they didn't contact me. Unprofessional. I wasted my only day off this week. I.do not have a family doctor, and this is the second time the GAP has sent me to a clinic with a multitude of one star reviews. Don't waste your time on this clonic.

Showed up to an empty clinic for my 5pm appointment and sat for an hour with no one coming in or out of the clinic. Literally one other patient in the waiting room and she never got called either. I eventually got tired of waiting so I left. I thought the other reviews of this clinic were just patients being dramatic, but they're spot on. A joke of a clinic.

My appointment was at 3:30 PM; it is currently 5:00 PM. After more than 1h30 minutes of waiting, and hearing that another patient had been herself waiting for more than 3h, I left. Among all patients, I was the luckiest (others had longer wait times). During that waiting period, only one patient was admitted for consultation by the doctor, after patients starting asking for the doctor and audibly complain and joke about the absurd level of service or lack thereof. The staff confirmed that the doctor was alone at the clinic (the other doctors had left already or were unavailable). The sole doctor present was evidently unavailable to meet the relatively calm demand (~5 patients total in the room). When asked for help, the staff declines to answer helpfully, either stonewalling or pointing to obtuse reasons — I witnessed them firsthand and with other very patient patients repeatedly go through a series of explanations to address the situation, from (1) stating that the appointment is only a “reservation” not an appointment (pointing to a sign on the wall, because ‘duh’ why would anyone come on time and wait that time for a mere reservation; admittedly, I fail to see the difference between the false distinction relied upon likely often, given the fluid reference to a sign that the staff cannot see), to (2) stating that they cannot help estimate the remaining time (understandably, given the pace of efficiency bordering on zero), to (3) referring to the doctor’s discretion to manage their time as they fit (also understandably, given the bottleneck is not with the nursing staff who administered the patient’s introductions in the first five minutes of arrival). When no patient is seemingly being treated for more than an hour, at 3:30 PM (not at lunchtime for example), the only reasonable conclusion to draw from the above and the overwhelming number of similar reviews is that this clinic fails to meet the basic requirements of a publicly funded clinic, let alone function in a way that would — absent public funds — be remotely profitable. It is the worst kind of unicorn, an operation that cannot survive but somehow still does, while doing nearly no efficient work. No clue how this clinic manages to survive. To put it plainly, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, unless you absolutely need a place to sit and practice doing absolutely nothing for hours (in which case, you’ll assuredly find yourself in good company with the chief discretion-wielding doctor(s)). Undoubtedly the first place that should be considered for any performance review by the regulator. And the last, by any discerning patient (except those who wish to really put the patient in patient, see above). The length of this review alone should more than convince anyone of the disappointment (and the unaltered access to long long minutes and hours of waiting time) experienced by the undersigned. Do yourself a favour, trust these reviews; if anything, they’re too generous with the one star.

Called last week and got the secretary on the phone after l think was 5 tries!? She gave me an appointment for today August 4th at 2:40pm by phone with my family Doctor. Dr Bien-aimer. She did mention not to expect the call to be on time. l said to her l know that's ok l'll wait! It's 9:27pm and no call from him yet! Is he doing overtime? Who's paying who to work here? Him or me? He finally called me at 10pm. Do l know what the problem is? no because l couldn't understand what he said even though l asked him to repeat it a second time! All he repeated was l'll prepare your prescription! Bye! Bye!
