Very professional clinic with attentive staff and efficient service…Great experience overall

I’m just disappointed with whoever was taking the calls this evening. I needed an emergency appointment, she said nothing was available. I asked her if she was able to check in the other locations for an appointment because I needed stitches urgently, and she said she would check and call me back but I never got a call back. I tried calling again later for an update and never got an answer. I just went to another Clinic and the bill was over $400 which sucks because this Clinic could’ve made that money but

I want to really appreciate the time dedicated to me yesterday 13 June 2024 by Dr. Oleg of UnionMd in a time when I was in urgent need to see a doctor regarding my health situation. Thank you very very much Dr. Oleg for having such a big and kind heart. God richly bless you. Hilda.
