a month agoVery disappointing experience with Dr. Cristina McHenry on March 4, 2026 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I came with my 15-month-old daughter for an ear infection. The exam was extremely quick and done in a very cold manner, without really allowing me to ask my questions. After the exam, I simply asked if she could take a quick look at the ear of her twin sister (also 15 months old) because it had started to drain. She refused abruptly, saying she was “too busy,” without any empathy or willingness to help. I understand that doctors can be busy, but I was alone with three young children and I live far from the hospital. Refusing even to quickly check the ear of a baby with drainage was very disappointing. The lack of empathy and the abrupt attitude in a pediatric context are frankly unacceptable.

4 months agoWonderful experience at the Queen Elizabeth Super Clinic. Got an appointment on the same day of my call. Doctor Jensen and Dr S were absolutely amazing, as well as the nurses and the receptionist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and sent me results within 24 hours. This is what I call real patient care. They made me feel at ease in a time of distress. Thank you for your service.

2 months agoI had an appointment today at 11:40 am (January 22, 2026), and it was my first time at the Urgent Care Clinic. There was this employee at the front desk, a woman in her sixties with short gray hair and glasses, who was so aggressive and yelled at me just because I asked her where the lab was. I give a big fat zero to the reception service. They are very rude and unprofessional with people. However, Dr. Mark Roper is so kind, respectful, and professional.

5 months agoI have to give credit to Nicole from the HYgea clinic down the street for recommending I call them for an appointment, and so the following day just before 9am I called and for an appointment and got in the same day! That was fantastic! Then my experience at the clinic was more than I could have expected. Everyone from the front desk, to Marina my triage nurse to Dr Quaye. I have been without a family Doctor since April 2024, and even going out of the country for care ( because of the obvious delays and setbacks we have with our public healthcare system ) but today I had one of the best experiences here in Montreal and I am so grateful for their care and compassion. 💝🙏🏻💝

4 months agoMy experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared untrained, leaving patients without any guidance about delays or procedures. After a long wait, the doctor did not take the time to understand my symptoms and gave vague, generic advice that did not help at all. It felt like they just wanted to move on to the next patient.
