I will give minus start if I can, the worst medical visit ever in my life! I got an urgent appointment at 811, the doctor called me to change the date cause he had an emergency. During the medical visit, the nurse needed to do blood tests. The needle fell off my vein during the blood test, my blood flew to the chair! The nurse giggled and giggled and said "sorry I lost concentration"...she looked like a polite and sweet person, but hey, that's not funny! Story continues. The doctor got back to me to make a phone call appointment to tell me the result and give medical advice. The "appointment" was from 8am to 8pm, that's not an appointment! I missed the phone call, so called back 811 to acquire another call from the doctor, it was one week later, I cancelled all my meetings, and waited on the phone the whole day, but he did not call at all. So I had to call back to ask for a phone call, that's another one week later. He called during lunch time, I missed it, I called back to ask if the doctor could narrow down a time frame if it's an appointment, answer was no. When we go to the clinic, we wait hours and hours to see a doctor. When the doctor gets back with the result, why we should wait the whole day?! That arrogance must be corrected. The medical service is disastrous in Quebec, paralyzed. Doctors have attitude like, you are lucky to see me. Wait, aren't we tax payers paying you for your job? If this medical system cannot provide proper medical service, we should not pay tax for medical care, and we should allow private clinics to exist, so we can get professional, responsible, and efficient medical treatment. I've seen good and caring doctors, but this clinic needs a good investigation and regulation.

My daughter who is autistic has a family doctor there, I went to see her today for my daughter's check up and to give her a heads up that she will be filing my daughter's disability certificate ( as recommended by service Canada)..as soon as I showed her the form she went ballistic saying " well, I am not your secretary, you should drop the forms in the front desk when you are done filling your part".And I'm like, I wasn't asking you to feel it for me..I was just showing you what the form looks like and to give you a heads up that I will be dropping it off, you don't have to respond soo rudely like that...I know you are not the secretary but you are her doctor. Like what doctor will talk to their patient that way? She was soo condescending and frankly was in a hurry to just let us out of her office..don't forget, this is a woman you should trust with your child's health. Scary. I will never ever recommend this clinique to anyone to be honest.

I wonder if the doctor told me to pray because she knew she was being negligent with my breast tumour. She didn’t even take off my bra for the exam. This clinic has failed me multiple times and it was only by a mistake of my own (not opening a mammogram follow-up prescription within the very limited time available) that I am now receiving proper care for tumours that are not benign like you so carelessly assumed (without even thinking of biopsying them.) Other doctors have called this negligent. You were negligent with my life and I hope that you too may understand the horror of living with this fear and discomfort I am burdened with every day knowing that professionals like you exist. If you are able to avoid this clinic, avoid it. I have seen more than enough doctors here to know that the majority are terrible and some will even abandon their oaths if you are a foreigner or still learning French. It is disgusting.

Your doctors must treat patients like they are actually exist and take care of them properly . If a patient takes an appointment to see a doctor, that means he need an adequate medical consultation but when he feels he's not welcomed in the clinic and your doctor behavior is like he'd want to get rid of you as a patient then you shouldn't expect to receive a good feedback from them . I happen to read your low ranking in the comments and i can not agree more with many of them . I won't recommend you to anyone .

When you make an appointment, the service is fabulous. The doctor I was referred to was professional and attentive. Within a day she had signed me up for a taco and an ultra sound. I felt that my health mattered. Very efficient!
